Liability for non-conformity of the contract In the event of damage or contamination due to accidents at the time of shipment, or if there is a discrepancy with the ordered product or quantity, if you contact us within 7 days after receiving the product, we will handle returns and exchanges. In the case of a return, please return the product according to our instructions, and in the case of an exchange, we will promptly ship a replacement product.
