◆Cancellation policy for the advantageous subscription service
・Regarding cancellations, orders placed by 14:59 on the same day can be canceled by 16:00 on the same day, and orders placed after 15:00 on the same day can be canceled by 16:00 the following day.
・The minimum usage period for the subscription service is one month.
・To cancel or skip the subscription service (pausing the subscription for one month), you can do so from your My Page up to 4 days before the next shipping date. The next shipping date can be confirmed on your My Page.
・In the event of damage or contamination due to accidents during shipping, discrepancies with the ordered products or quantities, or if the quality of the delivered products does not conform to the terms of the sales contract, if you contact us within 7 days after receiving the products, we will handle returns and exchanges. In the case of a return, please return the products following our instructions, and in the case of an exchange, we will promptly ship the replacement products. The costs for the return and delivery of the replacement products will be borne by us.
・For other returns, we accept returns only in the case of defective products within 60 days. The return shipping cost will be borne by us, and there will be no return handling fee. Sale items can also be returned.
・Shipping costs are a flat rate of 580 yen for regular delivery (excluding Okinawa and remote islands) and 880 yen for cool delivery. Please check here for islands that are not eligible for delivery.
